Registration no shows will be charged a $75 fee to cover the cost of meals and materials. There is a $50 fee for each cancellation received after April 10, 2020.

CPTED concept was designed to manipulate the built environment to create safer neighborhoods. The concepts for CPTED originated in the 1960s when urban renewal strategies were felt to be destroying the social framework needed for self-policing. The CPTED concept was defined as "defensible space" and some of the concepts came from prisoners reporting how they accessed buildings. The following concepts will provide an overview of creating a "defensible" space in your district.

Set up: 6:30-7:15 a.m.
Break: 9:30-9:45 a.m.
Break: 10:45-11:00 a.m.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m.-1:15 p.m.
Conference concludes: 3:00 p.m.
Tear down: 3:00-4:00 p.m.

Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to PACE BEFORE March 13, 2020. No refunds will be made after March 13, 2020.

We encourage you to carpool if you are attending with others from your district. There is parking beneath the Conference Center; the entrance is on Liberty Street by the Grand Hotel.

If the parking lot is full, there is overflow parking nearby at Pringle Plaza. Be sure to park on the top level for free, all-day parking. Click here for a map for your reference.
