Dave Harvey came to OSBA in November 2017 with over 20 years of experience as the general manager for Sodexo. In addition to building client relationships with key administrators in the public and private school environment and adhering to all state and federal USDA food regulation, he developed and managed an annual operating budget of approximately $18 million dollars and managed over 400 hourly employees. Dave’s background includes an associate of applied science degree from ITT Technical Institute and numerous training programs from ethics to affirmative action plans. He is a member of several nutritional and food service associations and committees. He received several awards of recognition during his tenure at Sodexo.
