Partners in Prevention

Paying you to be safe

PACE offers unequaled loss-prevention services. Partners In Prevention provides matching grants to help members make safety improvements on their campuses. PACE’s staff attorneys help members avert legal action against their districts.

Pre-Loss Legal Services

PACE has full-time staff attorneys ready to assist member districts on any issue that may lead to a lawsuit, which sharply reduces the time members spend in legal disputes. The service is free. In addition, when employment practices are at issue, most minimum deductibles are waived if you use this service before you decide to terminate an employee.
