PACE offers a variety of tools to help members manage risk. 
Employee screening is one example. PACE members may order nationwide criminal background checks online and get results in 24 hours. PACE pays for enrollment and up to five background checks a year. PACE also pays for up to five drug-and-alcohol tests a year.

PACE offers free professional insurance appraisal of all properties worth more than $25,000. This service uses American Appraisal, a nationwide leader in providing appraisal services for public entities, to help members develop proper insured values. On-site appraisal also is available.

PACE offers its members independent investigation of situations that may lead to lawsuits; free review of contracts before they are signed; online access to claims, property and vehicle information; an online reference library; and regular updates on issues affecting property and liability risk.
