Why PACE?

Tenant User Liability Insurance Program (TULIP)

The Tenant User Liability Insurance Program (TULIP) gives PACE members the ability to easily transfer their tenant liability exposure to their tenants. When a group or individual wants to use a member's facility the member can give them a Brochure (60k ) which directs them to a website where the tenant can purchase an inexpensive liability policy for the event. It helps protect the member, PACE, and provides an answer to prospective tenants when they question where to go for insurance.

We have reviewed the website and found it very easy to use. Tenants simply login, select the district from a dropdown menu and then answer about a dozen simple questions. They are immediately provided with a price quote and can pay by credit card. After payment, a copy of the certificate is automatically sent to PACE and the business manager at the district.
