PACE Day is in-person this year! Come learn and connect with your colleagues in Sunriver, Oregon. Workshops will be recorded and posted on this webpage to be viewed later. We know this has been another difficult year and therefore PACE Day registration is free for all members!

PACE Day Keynote Speaker
Brenda Tracy
College sexual abuse survivor, Brenda Tracy, will be our keynote speaker at PACE Day. Tracy has become one of the faces of the fight against the ongoing sexual assault problem in college athletics.
For PACE Day, Brenda will share her experiences and her fight for sexual abuse awareness, beyond just college athletics but inside and outside the classroom and at all academic levels. She will be both our keynote speaker and will also be doing a break out session with our Sexual Abuse and Molestation Prevention Specialist McKenzie Nix.

Lodging at the Sunriver Resort
PACE has a hotel block at a discounted rate.
Email pace@osba.org or pace@osba.org who will reserve you a room.
The block rate is at a first come, first served basis.

PACE will cover one hotel night for the first registered attendee from each district, college, school, ESD or PACE member organization.
How to get your first attendee's hotel night free:
1. You will need to book all hotel rooms that you need for your organization. You will need to give credit card information to secure any room(s) you book, etc. If you book directly through the hotel, your credit card will be charged. One night fee per member will be reversed on your credit card before PACE Day. If you book through pace@osba.org, your card will not be charged and you will be billed at check out for all nights minus one free night.
2. PACE will then submit to the Sunriver Resort which hotel night is covered. This will happen before PACE Day so that before the attendee checks out, the credit will be applied to their room.
3. The free lodging night is only for April 12, 2023.
4. You will be responsible to pay for additional guests and incidentals. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your stay or do not show up, you will be responsible for payment.

The Sunriver Resort Parking
We encourage you to carpool if you are attending with others from your organization or region. The best place to park is near the Homestead Building. Registered attendees will be sent detailed directions and building information closer to the event.
