Lodging at the Sunriver Resort
PACE DAY ROOM BLOCK IS FULL. We will update this page if more rooms become available.
Please make hotel or lodging arrangements at other venues and then email [email protected] to be put on the waitlist for Sunriver Resort rooms as they become available.
To make PACE Day more accessible for our members, PACE is offering one night free of your hotel stay for one attendee per PACE member organization.
How to get the free night:
Once you register for the conference, your confirmation email will include a link to book at the PACE Day rate or the code to say when you call over the phone.
Book your room directly with the Sunriver Resort and mention the PACE Day group (which closes on March 10th). Your free night will be applied upon check in on April 10th. If necessary, cancel/modify your room directly through the hotel as well. However, if you cancel after the free cancellation date (March 19th), you will be charged for the night stay. The free hotel night only applies if you stay and attend the conference.
Please see below for the rules and restrictions around this offer:
- The hotel stay must be at the Sunriver Resort using our PACE Day rate/link.
- The hotel stay must be on April 10th. If you are staying multiple nights, only the night of April 10th will be covered.
- If more than one person registers from a member, the first person to register will be automatically given the free night. If multiple people register at the same time, the free room will be assigned randomly.
- When you book your room, the charge will be held on your card. This ensures that if someone is a no-show, that PACE is not held financially responsible for a late cancellation. After all hotel nights are finalized, the charge will be removed from your card and you will not be charged for April 10th upon check out.
- If any of your attendees cancel, the free room will move to the next registered attendee.
