TRAINING INFORMATION
Even with expert installation and regular maintenance, boilers still break down and experience catastrophic failures that can shut down your school. This course will focus on jurisdictional code requirements and inspections, boiler operational procedures, boiler controls and safety devices, and the importance of an effective boiler water treatment program for low-pressure boilers.
You will learn:
- Proper maintenance and operational procedures for different types of low pressure boilers.
- How to identify potential problems with boiler controls and safety devices before they happen.
- The concerns of a boiler inspector during an internal or external (operating) jurisdictional inspection.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Facility managers, maintenance supervisors and technicians, boiler operators and anyone responsible for the safe operation of commercial, industrial, and institutional boilers.
